Ribbon Products
Your own logo can be woven into a continuous ribbon (normally 24mm wide) which can then be built into a variety of luggage and accessories as shown on the reverse of this leaflet. The fabrics and materials used come in a variety of colours so that all of the various items can be made to match your club, team, or corporate colours. Samples of some of the ribbons we have made for clients in the past are shown above.


Origination Costs
There is a one-off origination cost, the price of which depends on the number of colours used:
Background with; 1 colour design: £275, 2 colour design: £300 3 colour design: £325 4 colour design: £350 - Prices are exclusive of vat.


Prices
The prices shown here include the cost of ribbon being built into the products. Ribbon can also be purchased in individual lengths of 10 metres at 40p per metre.


Design & Artwork
Because of the certain limitations involved in the weaving of ribbon, it is important that you should liaise with us on the production of your artwork. As a general rule, on 24mm wide ribbon, your design area should not be larger than 20mm x 90mm. The start of each design would normally be repeated every 120mm leaving a minimum gap of 30mm between each design.



Delivery Time
It normally takes 3 to 6 weeks to have the initial batch of woven ribbon. Once we have the ribbon in stock, it takes about 3 weeks to have individual products made.



Postage & Packing
All delivery charges will be charged at cost.



Trading Terms
All origination costs must be paid fully in advance against a pro-forma invoice. For product orders under £500, payment will also be required in advance. For orders over £500, a 50% deposit will be required with the balance due on completion of the job.


Embroidery & Printing
Many of the luggage items shown on the reverse of this leaflet can be embroidered with a logo as an alternative to using ribbon.
